Gail Anderson

Over thirty years in the advertising industry has given Gail the opportunity to work on major accounts for some of the largest and most accomplished agencies, publishing companies and studios in the country. She also enjoyed a six-year tenure in tertiary education as Head of Faculty for Digital Media and Marketing/Creative Director at the Design and Arts College of New Zealand (D&A).
Along with directing creative development and implementation, Gail is a marketing and media strategy specialist, having lectured in both of these fields to such organisations as the CDC and New Zealand Marketing Association.
Over the last decade Gail has worked with a broad range of non-profit and charity organsiations - both national and regional - developing and implementing fundraising campaigns that have resulted in impressive sponsor and donor growth. This means understanding the core needs of charities and giving them a voice that stands out in the crowded fundraising sector.
Rose-Marie Schiavuzzi

People and community are at the heart of everything Rose-Marie does. Throughout her long career she has demonstrated skills in developing sponsorship and business opportunities and is a highly effective networker, experienced negotiator and problem solver. She has worked for some of Australasia’s largest charities and was Sponsorship Manager for Westpac NZ being instrumental in furthering the Bank’s relationship with The New Zealand Arts Foundation, The Maia Health Foundation, Sir Peter Blake Trust, Sir John Kirwan, Dame Sophie Pascoe, the New Zealand Dairy Industry Awards and the Regional Chambers of Commerce among others.
While living in Sydney she worked for Telstra (Australia), where she was associated with Rugby World Cup 2003, World Rally Championships Australia 1998-2000, The Sydney 2000 Olympics Hospitality Program and The Sydney to Hobart Race 1996.
Rose-Marie has worked with some of the largest organisations in the private and charitable sectors both here and Australia. Her experience and skills encompass development of Sponsorship Strategies and Management, Ambassador and Relationship Management, Evaluating, Negotiating, Implementing and Leveraging Sponsorships, Negotiating and Finalising Contracts, Implementing and Managing Leverage Activities .
Rose-Marie is an excellent communicator and skilled at building strong and lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Her strengths in building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds secured and retained significant funding partnerships for the organisations she has worked with. Rose-Marie is always very highly regarded by everyone she comes into contact with, both internal and external to the business. She displays empathy for the cause she is working for, along with a calm demeanour, she is a great listener offering unique insights and ideas while being loyal and honest - two values she not only talks about, but lives by.
Alaina Rhind
Senior Creative Director

Responsibilities: Creative Director, Strategist, Researcher
Alaina has enjoyed an long and successful career in the advertising and design industries. She has worked with some of Christchurch’s largest advertising agencies and now has a thriving practice under her brand Millimetre Press.
Alaina’s role as Creative Director involves developing, implementing and extending the strategic and creative direction for a large range of complex design projects. Alaina’s project management skills are second to none, as is her impressive ability to refine creative solutions in projects ranging from small-scale identity development, through to major corporate and consumer branding projects. Alaina has worked on some of New Zealand largest brands along with a range of international/global businesses.
